About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Prepare finished products for distribution and display.
- Help ice, dip, and decorate cookies, donuts, etc for next day sales.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and Saturdays if necessary.
- Able to work some overtime at holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
